Terms of Service

DashDine is operated by Arooj Trading and Tech Solutions ("DashDine", "we", "us"), a company registered in the State of Qatar.

By accessing or using DashDine, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

DashDine provides a cloud-based restaurant management platform including website, menu, and ordering surfaces, online ordering, runner and kitchen workflows, multi-branch management, staff tools, and analytics.

You must provide accurate and current information, keep credentials confidential, notify us of unauthorized access, accept responsibility for account activity, and be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. If payment fails, we may suspend access after a reasonable grace period. See our Refunds & Cancellations Policy for details.

Free plans and trial periods may include limits. We may modify plan limits with notice. Trials convert to paid subscriptions only where you choose or authorize a paid plan.

You may not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with service integrity; reverse-engineer the platform; or resell the Service without written consent.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant DashDine a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service.

The DashDine platform, name, logo, design, and code are owned by DashDine or its licensors. These Terms do not grant rights except to use the Service as permitted.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use data. By using the Service, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

We work to keep the Service available and reliable. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DashDine is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify DashDine from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasonable cause.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes should first be submitted to good-faith negotiation; failing resolution, the courts of the State of Qatar have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms and will provide notice of material changes where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
