How the free trial works, what the Pro and Growth plans include, what happens if the trial ends without a subscription, and how to choose the right plan.

Free — $0

A digital QR menu in English and Arabic with customer QR ordering: 50 orders a month, 1 branch, up to 3 categories and 15 menu items, and one default theme. Orders are managed from the admin Orders screen. AI features and the public restaurant website are not included.

Pro — $29/month ($290/year)

Everything in Free with unlimited orders and unlimited menu items, plus all AI features — the AI restaurant website with Designer Studio and the AI menu toolkit, backed by a $5/month AI budget — table ordering, the kitchen display, runner and kiosk apps, and the multi-language experience. 1 branch included. Flat monthly price, zero commission, no per-order fees.

Growth — $59/month ($590/year)

For multi-branch brands: 3 branches included, centralised management, advanced reporting with branch performance comparison, and priority support. Flat monthly price, zero commission, no per-order fees.

How the trial works

The trial begins the moment you create your account and runs for 14 days with the full Pro feature set — there is nothing to activate and no payment details to enter. The countdown is visible in admin Billing, and on the dashboard as the end approaches.

Take real customer orders during the trial. The point is to run actual service on the system before you commit, not to demo it in a vacuum.

Getting real value from the trial

  • Spend the first few days configuring everything as if you were already paying — profile, branding, full menu.
  • Run the launch checklist and a dress rehearsal in the first week, not on the last day, so there is time to fix issues.
  • Put real orders through the kitchen display during a normal service to stress-test the workflow.
  • Decide by day ten. Last-minute upgrades feel rushed, and you want the switch settled before a busy weekend.

What happens when the trial ends

If the trial ends without a subscription, your account drops to the Free plan: your QR menu stays live and customers can still order — up to 50 orders a month, with 1 branch, up to 3 categories and 15 menu items, and the default theme. Pro features such as the AI tools and your public restaurant website switch off. Your data — menu, branding, orders, settings — is preserved and everything reactivates the moment you choose a plan.

Choosing between Pro and Growth

  • One location: Pro covers the complete ordering operation for a single branch.
  • Two or more locations: Growth includes 3 branches plus centralised management and branch performance comparison, and adds more branches at $15/month each.
  • Growing brands: start on Pro for a single location, then move to Growth when you open a second — it includes three branches and adds more at $15/month each.

Add-ons

  • Extra branch — $15/month per additional location on Growth.

Frequently asked

  • Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
    No. The trial starts automatically at signup with no payment details. You only pay if you choose a plan afterwards.
  • Will I lose my menu and settings if the trial expires before I subscribe?
    No. Everything is preserved. The account sits on the Free plan — your QR menu stays live and customers can still order within the free limits — until you pick a plan, and then everything reactivates exactly as you left it.
  • Can I upgrade in the middle of the trial?
    Yes. You can subscribe at any point from the Billing page — you do not have to wait for the trial to end.
  • Are there limits on staff or devices?
    No. No plan limits staff or devices. Add as many staff PINs and use as many tablets as your operation needs.
